PWB One Pte. Ltd. is an independent private investment company, promoted and managed by the Portelet Group and incorporated in Singapore with the following objectives:
•	Investments in companies in high growth cleantech sectors with proven products that
	i)	greatly reduce or eliminate negative ecological impacts, and/or
	ii)	improve the productive and responsible use of natural resources, in particular water, fossil fuels, and land.
•	Value creation and high returns for the benefit of the company’s shareholders.
As an active investor with substantial involvement in every portfolio company, PWB One also pursues investment opportunities on levels occupied by separate entities, but connected through a common business or even product (e.g. up and/or down a given supply chain).
In its deal sourcing activities, PWB One focuses on the Portelet Group’s existing international networks and working relationships within the private equity industry and with well reputed scientific institutions.
